This is a light weight 5.5oz beautiful and bright cotton jersey made with a mercerized cotton yarn.  Mercerized cotton is a very nice lustrous cotton yarn. It is also stronger, takes dye a little more and gives a more saturated look, produces less lint, and is more resistant to mildew. It also may not shrink or lose its shape as much as other cotton.  It is perfect for tops, lounge wear and more.
